Mr. Noble has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the Southeast United States. His cases have included complex construction litigation, defending million dollar adversary claims in Bankruptcy Court, insurance coverage disputes, non-compete covenant disputes and breach of contract actions. Mr. Noble has experience defending major automobile insurance companies against personal injury litigants and therefore is acutely aware of the tactics that insurance companies use to settle claims. Mr. Noble uses this knowledge to help settle claims favorably for victims of automobile accidents. Mr. Noble opened the Noble Law Firm, PA in 2009 and concentrates on foreclosure defense, estate planning, personal injury, appellate work and commercial litigation. Since opening Noble Law Firm, Mr. Noble has successfully represented a condominium association in a million dollar construction defect claim against a general contractor and multiple subcontractors. Moreover, Mr. Noble has successfully procured favorable settlements in wrongful death causes of action. Mr. Noble has a wide range of experience in appealing various foreclosure and real estate litigation. Since starting the firm in 2009, Mr. Noble has managed hundreds of foreclosure cases including both residential and commercial properties.
